Your Career
The Director, Global Talent Development, is a pivotal role in our organization, focusing primarily on executing a talent development strategy that meets the needs and expectations of our client groups. This person will lead a diverse team of successful and dynamic Talent Development Partners, ultimately raising capabilities across the company and empowering our employees to do the best work of their careers.
Your Impact
Client Engagement: Lead and innovate in client engagement strategies to ensure high-impact talent development initiatives are successful across our Go To Market, Product and G&A teams.
Team Management: Lead and support a team of Talent Development Partners, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Learning & Development Initiatives: Oversee the rollout of learning and development programs, ensuring they are effective, relevant, and meet the evolving needs of the business.
Stakeholder Relations: Work closely with departmental leaders and people business partners to align talent development with business goals.
Program Evaluation: Regularly evaluate the impact of training initiatives, adapting strategies to maximize effectiveness and ROI.
Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement long-term talent development strategies that are designed to meet the unique needs of each organization, while aligning with strategic company goals.
Culture of Learning: Create a culture of employee development and organizational learning that serves as a foundation for continuing our speed and agility
Qualifications
Your Experience
Minimum of 8-10 years improving employee and organizational performance through the design and delivery of people programs, either in a centralized talent development function or through effective HR business partnership.
Effective leadership and management of a high performing team, including the recruiting and onboarding of new team members, setting direction and strategies, managing individual and team performance, ensuring employee development, and driving deep employee engagement
Strong customer orientation and ability to translate business priorities into actionable people strategies and development programs
Experience leading and managing cross-functional projects and large-scale change initiatives requiring a high degree of strategic thinking, collaboration, detailed execution, and influence
Intellectual curiosity, passion to learn and actively study the latest research and trends in behavioral science and organizational performance
Engaging speaker and strong facilitator of training programs and development discussions
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent professional experience) required; master’s degree preferred
Demonstrated continual learning through on-going education or self-directed learning is expected
