We constantly work on areas such as risk detection abilities, fairness and sustainability of the E-Commerce ecosystem, content and commodity quality to drive improvement.



Responsibilities:

- Build e-commerce solutions for TikTok Shop for the US market by working closely with design, product, and other cross-functional teams in developing efficient, highly scalable, and secured services using backend service experience.

- Design and develop medium-complexity backend systems, services, and/or new features for information-security, compliance, anti-fraud, business governance, and customer experience.

- Help the leader to come up with the short- and mid-term technical roadmap of responsible services and drive its implementation.

- Improve system design and architecture to ensure high stability and performance of the services. Improve product quality through bug fixes, performance analysis, and tuning.

- Help to grow the team by hiring and mentoring peer Engineers.
