Responsibilities

Will oversee and administer system administration, system management, disaster recovery, security, operations, problem and change management. Responsible for analyzing and defining user requirements in order to select, test, and deliver effective information system packages that meet the strategic information system requirements of our business. Establish, maintain, and monitor the system and operational services ensuring that optimum service delivery performance is achieved.

 

 

Qualifications

Education:

• Associate's Degree in Computer Science or IS related field required

 

Experience:

• 7 years of experience in product/data center support environment required
• 1 year of project coordination responsibility required
• Experience in the healthcare industry or a healthcare setting preferred
