Senior Software Engineer Open Source Governance

Open Source governance team is part of Platform Engineering division of CNS Product and Engineering Unit. We are providing processess and tools for the safe Open Source usage within CNS, according to S2C2F framework.
As a part of software governance team, you'll be dealing with Open Source software verification, auditing, assurance and maintenance for Cloud and Network Services business group within Nokia.
It is necessary to have knowledge of the tools for Continuous Integration/Delivery used in development process automation and software deployment and 4+ years of commercial experience in the development process automation and software deployment.
You'll be responsible for:
- Leading & performing development activities of high complexity features.
- Creating parts of architecture (small/basic) with focus on performance & scale.
- Effectively handling complex internal customer issues.
- Ensuring delivery completion with quality.
- Automation of JIRA ticket handling and end-to-end request processing with internal tooling
- Writing pipelines to periodically monitor and manage software repositories and artifacts
- Working with open source software projects from public repositories like github, gitlab
- Writing software building pipelines
- Writing tools to process software metadata with database as a backend
- General software lifecycle management following corporate policies
- Creating and maintaining PowerBI dashboards
- Documenting the introduced tooling and processes, educating internal teams
