About the role

Why Patients Need You 

The nGPS Program is a transformational initiative within PGS, deploying since 2023 an advanced planning solution with a single standard work approach for planning across the network, targeting to achieve full deployment by late 2027.  

The nGPS Change Management workstream facilitates the organization's smooth transition from existing planning and scheduling processes to innovative practices introduced by the program. This is achieved by fostering business readiness & adoption through targeted communications on upcoming system rollouts, process changes, and related events. 

As we progress with the solution deployment, the change management team is expanding its activities to support post-go-live business adoption as a workstream within the nGPS Center of Excellence (CoE). Additionally, the team provides change management support for related organizational adaptations. 

  

What You Will Achieve 

As the nGPS Program Business Adoption Manager you will play a pivotal role in supporting the nGPS Change Management Lead, enabling the successful adoption of Pfizer’s Next Generation Planning & Scheduling (nGPS) program, Planning & Scheduling Center of Excellence (CoE) and GSC OpModel. You will serve as a strategic partner to site teams, workstream leads, and global deployment stakeholders, ensuring that change is understood, embraced, and sustained across the network. 

  • nGPS Program: As part of the program's deployment, you will coordinate site-level change management activities with nGPS Site sponsors, ensuring effective communication on deployment status and engaging with site colleagues to build excitement and buy-in for new ways of working. You will create and deliver updated program content to the nGPS SharePoint and across PGS/GSC through Viva Engage posts, partnering with PGS/GSC communications leads to disseminate program information through newsletters and other communication mediums. 

  • Planning & Scheduling Center of Excellence (CoE): As part of the post-deployment CoE team, you will help set up communications framework to foster sustained and ongoing business adoption of the nGPS solution across the network as well as a governance around business adoption mechanisms such as robust training framework and site maturity assessments and Super User Groups/Change Agent Networks.

  • GSC OpModel: Additionally, you will support change management and communications in the deployment of the nexGen Supply Chain model where needed. 

  

How You Will Achieve It 

  • Support & drive the development and coordination of change management plans. 

  • Create and distribute nGPS and pre/post-deployment communications, including direct emails, resources, Viva posts, videos, and newsletters.  

  • Identify opportunities for promoting messaging and two-way feedback for continuous improvement efforts.

  • Engage with stakeholders at deployed sites and across the network to ensure effective communication and support. 

  • Develop compelling success stories that foster knowledge sharing and help build confidence among end users, future sites and leadership. 

  • Collaborate and build relationships with other nGPS project teams and CoE workstreams to sustain and promote business adoption through ongoing communications on change impacts, success stories, new releases and visibility to Learning paths. 

  

Qualifications 

Must-Have

  • Applicant must have a bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of experience; OR a master's degree with at least 3 years of experience; OR a PhD with 0+ years of experience; OR as associate's degree with 8 years of experience; OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 10 years of relevant experience.

  • Experience in change management & communications roles.   

  • Prior experience working on complex IT programs with all levels of stakeholders .

  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools; nGPS Program experience preferred to ensure continuity. 

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills. 

  • Native English speaker or highly proficient in English.
