About the role

WHY PATIENTS NEED YOU

The nGPS Program is a transformational initiative within Pfizer Global Supply (PGS), launched in 2023, to implement a unified, advanced planning solution across the network. With full deployment targeted by mid 2027, the program is redefining planning and scheduling processes to drive operational excellence.

As part of this transformation, the nGPS Change Management workstream ensures smooth transitions from legacy systems to the new standard work approach. This is achieved through strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, and business readiness initiatives. As the program matures, the Change Management team is expanding its focus to support post-go-live adoption and continuous learning through the nGPS Center of Excellence (CoE).

WHAT YOU WILL ACHIEVE

As the nGPS Training & Curriculum Integration Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enabling successful adoption of the nGPS solution by ensuring that all impacted colleagues are equipped with the right knowledge, tools, and training experiences. You will coordinate the development of training content and manage the deployment of trainings and curricula, working closely with global and site teams.

This role supports:

  • nGPS deployments across the global network.

  • Post-go-live support to sustain adoption and continuous learning.

  • Deployment of trainings on new processes and solutions for all nGPS roles in Maestro and Planet Together.

HOW YOU WILL ACHIEVE IT

  • Training Content Development & Coordination

    • Collaborate with the Scheduling and Supply Planning Excellence teams to support the creation of training content for Maestro and Planet Together.

    • Coordinate the development of eLearning modules with the Pfizer eLearning Factory (eLF), ensuring alignment with deployment timelines and learning objectives.

  • Curriculum & Learning Path Management

    • Design and maintain role-based learning paths in the Pfizer Learning Academy (PLA) for all users of Maestro and Planet Together.

    • Ensure curricula are up to date, relevant, and aligned with evolving business needs and system enhancements.

    • Collaborate with nexGen Academy team to integrate nGPS curricula into the GSC Academy

    • Develop tailored training plans for each deployment wave in collaboration with deployment teams and site leads.

    • Organize and manage training logistics, including scheduling, communications, and resource coordination.

  • Training Operations & Reporting

    • Set up and maintain reporting mechanisms to track training completion, effectiveness, and compliance.

    • Provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders on training progress and adoption metrics.

  • Stakeholder Engagement & Support

    • Act as a liaison between the Change Management team, deployment teams, and site training leads to ensure seamless execution of training activities.

    • Support post-go-live learning needs and continuous improvement initiatives as part of the nGPS Center of Excellence.

    • In addition, you will have the opportunity to contribute to shaping best practices by gathering feedback from users and leveraging insights to continuously improve training materials and delivery methods

QUALIFICATIONS

Must-Have

  • Applicant must have a bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of experience; OR a master's degree with at least 3 years of experience; OR a PhD with 0+ years of experience; OR as associate's degree with 8 years of experience; OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 10 years of relevant experience.

  • Process documentation standards and the use of knowledge management systems to support scalable learning and operational consistency.

  • Pfizer Learning Academy (PLA) processes and tools.

  • Training logistics, reporting, and curriculum management in a global environment.

Nice-to-Have

  • Direct involvement in the nGPS Program, to ensure continuity and contextual understanding.

  • Exposure to supply chain operations and planning systems such as Maestro and Planet Together.

  • Facilitation and communication across diverse cultures and functional areas.

  • Stakeholder engagement and change management in complex, matrixed organizations.

  • Navigating global, multicultural environments with high adaptability and resilience in the face of ambiguity.
