You act as a bridge between business and technology and drive the company-wide AI transformation. <br/>In particular, you will</p> <ul> <li>drive innovation – test new approaches, measure business impact, and anticipate trends</li> <li>develop and implement a company-wide AI strategy – aligned with business objectives</li> <li>define governance structures – including frameworks, compliance, and an AI governance board</li> <li>act as Product Owner for strategic AI initiatives </li> <li>manage stakeholder relationships – including C-level, IT, external partners, and industry representation</li> <li>empower the organization – through talent development, upskilling, and change management</li> </ul><h2><b>Preferred Profile</b></h2> <ul> <li>Strategic and organizational thinking – you understand complex structures and levels of digital maturity</li> <li>Leadership and influence skills</li> <li>Experience in building governance structures and Centers of Excellence (CoEs)</li> <li>Proficiency in modern AI platforms (e.g., Azure AI, AWS AI, GenAI, LLMs)</li> <li>Consulting experience (strategy/technology) is a plus</li> <li>Experience in enterprise environments – SAP knowledge is an advantage</li> <li>Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken</li> <li>Strong soft skills – stakeholder management, negotiation skills, and inspirational leadership</li> <li>Experience with Responsible AI / AI ethics</li> <li>Proven success in scaling AI initiatives – from pilot to enterprise level</li> </ul> <p>If you do not tick all boxes, but still believe you are a match to this role, we are happy to get in touch.</p><h2><b>Closure</b></h2> <p>Are you interested?
