<h1><b>Job Details:</b></h1><p></p><p></p><h2>Job Description: </h2><p><span>Grange Newco LLC is a joint venture entity between Intel Corporation and Apollo managed funds and affiliates related to Intel's Fab34</span>.</p><p>As part of the Grange team, the Senior Accountant <span>role will be responsible for <span>monitoring operational activities. This includes </span>understanding the manufacturing process, key operational metrics, and the invoicing process. </span></p><p></p><p><span>You will support the budget and forecasting process, capex and fixed asset reporting, and the finance month-end close processes. This role reports to the General Manager and cross-functionally to the </span><span>Accounting Manager.</span></p><p></p><p><b><span>Responsibilities</span></b></p><p></p><p><b>Forecast Process</b></p><p></p><ul><li><p>Review the forecast process and underlying inputs to the legal entity business model.</p></li><li><p>Understand assumptions in the forecast process relative to the underlying business environment.</p></li><li><p>Perform cost/benefit analysis and sensitivity analysis for various 'what if' scenarios and their overall impact on different business teams.</p></li><li><p>Lead in-depth analysis that informs performance management discussions, integrating operational outcomes and financial performance to drive improvement.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Capital Investment Program</b></p><ul><li><p>Review capex investments, reconciliations, and reporting.</p></li><li><p>Monitor asset movements and transfers.</p></li><li><p>Monitor capital plans versus the business model and the impacts of variations in the capital plan on Fab outputs and company performance.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Risk assessment </b></p><ul><li>Maintain a risk assessment dashboard.</li><li><p>Monitor performance relative to the underlying investment model.</p></li><li><p>Monitor risk contingencies.</p></li></ul><p><br/><b>Support the Group Annual / Quarterly Budget Process</b></p><p></p><p><b>Collaboration</b></p><ul><li><p>Create and maintain business partner relationships with other finance colleagues and cross-functional teams, such as Operations and Procurement.</p></li><li><p>Partner with stakeholders to provide financial guidance and process optimization.</p></li></ul><p><br/><b>Accounting</b></p><ul><li><p>Support the accounting team, accounting processes, and completion of the month-end close process.</p></li><li><p>Execute financial process improvements by maintaining financial tools to perform analysis and recommend automation and more efficient methods of creation and delivery.</p></li><li><p>Create automated reports using business intelligence tools to deliver meaningful insights into business performance, providing decision support through analysis.</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><h2><b>Qualifications:</b></h2><ul><li><p>7+ years of experience at a multinational corporation.</p></li><li><p>University degree, with advanced degree or professional qualification preferred.</p></li><li><p>Working knowledge of both US and IFRS GAAP.</p></li><li><p>Exceptional analytical and interpretative skills and ability to develop conclusions and recommendations.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work independently and/or cross-functionally as needed to deliver on priorities.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated track record of working closely with business and ability to work well with multiple stakeholders.</p></li><li><p>Proven experience with problem-solving, troubleshooting, and prioritization across stakeholders.</p></li><li><p>A 'can do' attitude and solutions-oriented approach.</p></li><li><p>Strong verbal and written communication skills.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency with MS Excel, MS Office suite, Power BI, report writing, etc.</p></li><li><p>Working knowledge of SAP suite.</p></li></ul><p></p><p>          </p><p></p><p></p><h2>Job Type:</h2>Experienced Hire<p></p><p></p><h2>Shift:</h2>Shift 1 (Ireland)<p></p><p></p><h2>Primary Location: </h2>Ireland, Leixlip<p></p><p></p><h2>Additional Locations:</h2><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><h2>Business group:</h2>Intel Corporate Development is the focal point for all of Intel’s acquisitions and inorganic value creation opportunities, managing the entire life cycle of transactions from ideation to completion.
