35M - Senior Instructor

 BLUEHAWK, LLC is seeking an experienced 35M Senior Instructor to support training operations at Fort Huachuca. This role is critical in developing and delivering high-quality instruction to military intelligence professionals.

Responsibilities

• Utilize advanced instructional methods and adult learning models to conduct platform instruction, small group instruction, and individual mentorship.
• Provide research support to students during performance-based practical exercises.
• Assist in the development, execution, maintenance, and sustainment of training across all phases and modules of the 35M courses at Fort Huachuca and the Intelligence Center of Excellence (ICoE).
• Work with the latest HUMINT tools to enhance training effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Experience using the most recent automation toolsets and systems applicable to 35M intelligence operations.
• Completion of the 35M10 course or equivalent.
• Minimum of six years of honorable operational experience as a 35M or 351M (or an equivalent specialty in another branch of service or U.S. Government agency) conducting counterintelligence operations and investigations.
• Successful completion of at least one of the following applicable military courses:
  • 35LM Advanced Leader Course (ALC)
  • Military Intelligence Senior Leader Course (MI SLC)
  • 351M Warrant Officer Advanced Course (WOAC)
  • Source Operations Course (SOC)
