35M - Senior Instructor

 Bluehawk, LLC is seeking a 35M Senior Instructor at Fort Huachuca.

Responsibilities

• Experience working on the most recent HUMINT tools is required. 
• Apply advanced instructional methods and adult learning models to training during platform instruction, small group instruction, and individual instruction, mentorship, and coaching. 
• Provide research support to students during performance-based practical exercise planning and preparation time. 
• The contractor shall provide instructors, trainers, curriculum developers, scenario developers, writers, trainers to assist with the development, execution, maintenance and sustainment of training in all phases and modules for the 35M courses at Fort Huachuca (FH) and the ICoE. 

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance 
• Experience working on the most recent automation tools-sets and systems applicable to 35M intelligence operations 
• Must have completed 35M10 or equivalent 
• Honorably served 6 years in MOS operational experience as a 35M or 351M (or an equivalent specialty in another branch of service or other U.S. Government agency) conducting counterintelligence operations and investigations 
• Have completed one applicable military course (35LM ALC, MI SLC, 351M WOAC, or SOC)
