Job Summary:
We are looking for a Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team at our brand-new facility, which is currently under construction. This is an exciting opportunity to play an integral role in getting our new location up and running—from setting up racking and organizing the warehouse layout, to helping with the initial stocking of inventory, and ultimately supporting smooth, day-to-day operations that serve our customers. As one of the first team members at this new site, you’ll also help set the tone for the culture and work environment moving forward. In this role, you’ll take on a variety of warehouse duties, including loading and unloading trucks, inventory management, and preparing shipments. Key Responsibilities:
Must learn and be proficient in at least four of the first ten bullet points.
- Proficient at completing all necessary documents required for unloading and loading of trucks.
- Accurately receive purchase orders and complete required documentation.
- Accurately use the “put-a-way” process.
- Print orders and pick lists.
- Assist with inventory and cycle counts.
- Print, pick, and ship transfers.
- Accurately pick and prepare products for outgoing shipments to include LTL, small parcel, routes, and customer pick-ups.
- Accurately “ship confirm” and prepare all necessary documents required for outbound orders.
- Assist in keeping the facility clean and orderly, including sweeping and dusting.
- Operate all onsite forklifts that could include turret truck, order picker, deep reach, counterbalance, and pallet jack.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous warehouse and shipping experience.
- Travel & Training Requirements: Ability to travel to Wisconsin (requires Real ID or passport) via airplane for training as required -l likely during your first week, and again within the first 2 months. All travel will be covered by the company.

- Physical Requirements:
- Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands, and reach with arms.
- Occasionally required to climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Must be able to frequently lift and move up to 56 lbs., occasionally over 75 lbs., and infrequently push/pull up to 115 lbs.
- Specific vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
