The Opportunity

In this role, the Director of Rooms will work closely with the General Manager to administer the Statler Hotel’s vision, mission, and goals. Key responsibilities include overseeing room operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, managing budgets, and leading a team of dedicated hospitality professionals. The Director of Rooms will emphasize diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in every aspect of their work, collaborating with the General Manager to lead and mentor the team, ensuring effective training, consistent practices, and compliance with Cornell policies. Additionally, the Director of Rooms will assess and implement strategies to align with the Statler Hotel’s priorities, advancing our steadfast pursuit of industry-leading hospitality.
