We are looking for a Program Manager. The Program Manager is responsible and accountable for the execution of all programs assigned to him/her, and adherence to DRiV™ program management processes. This comprehensive role ensures flawless launch performance that meets all program targets including, but not limited to safety, quality, delivery, and financial performance.  Multiple programs may be assigned, and some assigned programs may be global in scope. 

 

The team is ready to act immediately on those candidates who are the best fit for the role. You’ll first hear from someone in Talent Acquisition to schedule a phone screen, and then the next step will be a personal interview with our Hiring Manager. RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Project Scope and Risk Management 

• Ensures effective and timely program scope management with emphasis on customer scope changes and execution of the Scope Change and approval process 

• Considers program trade off analysis – balancing cost, time, product capabilities and resources 

• Identifies program risks early, develops and executes mitigation strategies 

• Escalates risk with mitigation strategies to the leadership team in a timely fashion 

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.
