In your hands.</span></span><span> </span></p><p><span> </span></p><p></p><p>The PEOPLE SERVICES Team  is looking for an <b>experienced Time to Payroll Specialist with strong Italian and good English knowledge. </b></p><p><b>Payroll activities:</b> gather all payroll input (some are interfaced, some needs to be collected), control payroll calculation results, get payroll approval from manager, store evidences, prepare post payroll reports, manage statutory bodies, manage internal and external audit, work closely with accounting and treasury departments and payroll vendors. Manage post payroll activities.</p><p><b>Project participation</b>: take part in the ongoing payroll transition project, assist in testing, implementation, change management and stabilization of the new process, bring continous improvement ideas</p><p><b>Benefits activities:</b> Based on local benefits policy, manage activities related to health and life insurance, company card or car, loans, sport or cultural support.</p><p><b>Time activities</b>: control time off &amp; time tracking data and share with payroll, prepare local reporting, ensure compliance</p><p><b>Employee Queries</b>: assist employees' payroll related questions.</p><p></p><p><b>About you</b></p><p><b>Experience: </b></p><ul><li>Minimum 2-3 years of payroll experience (preferably Italian payroll)</li><li>Experience with multicultural organization</li></ul><p><b>Soft skills:</b></p><ul><li>Self-organization skills, attention to details</li><li>Strong communication and customer services skills</li><li>Teamplayer</li><li>Customer oriented mindset</li></ul><p><b>Technical skills:</b></p><ul><li>Previous experience with Workday or similar Global HR systems</li></ul><p><b>Education:</b></p><ul><li>BA/ BSc or Equivalent in HR or related discipline or equivalent</li></ul><p><b>Languages:</b></p><ul><li>Strong written and verbal Italian skills, Good written and verbal English</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p></p><h1>Pursue progress, discover extraordinary</h1><p>Better is out there.
