<p>This is an exciting time to join Remote and make a personal difference in the global employment space as a Senior Mobility Specialist joining our Onboarding & Mobility team. Please note that this will be a maternity cover position (1-year) with the potential for a contract extension. </p>

<h2><strong>Requirements</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>5+ years of experience in immigration compliance, global mobility, or similar roles in immigration.</li>
<li>An in-depth understanding of immigration and typical processes involved in immigration compliance</li>
<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment</li>
<li>Previous experience in the tech industry or a hyper-growth and scaling environment is ideal</li>
<li>Writes and speaks fluent English; additional languages are a plus</li>
<li>Experience working remotely is a plus</li>
</ul>

<h2>Key Responsibilities</h2>
<ul>
<li>Monitor assigned cases through effective utilization of case management and billing systems</li>
<li>Provide guidance for specific travel needs, counsel on the immigration process, and serve as a point of contact for business travel and sponsorship cases</li>
<li>Provide legal and strategic guidance on service delivery of immigration compliance to our clients</li>
<li>Take ownership of senior-level escalations to support Mobility Specialists in all areas of work</li>
<li>Assist leadership in the management of large projects</li>
<li>Regularly monitor the Mobility dashboard, communication and help channels to ensure response times adhere to our SLAs and status is accurately reported for client and colleague visibility</li>
<li>Seek, control, and establish in-house immigration services to increase revenue generation and efficiency, and improve customer satisfaction

<li>Analyze, prepare and submit visa/work permit applications</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Mentor and support Mobility Specialists and Coordinators</li>
<li>Actively contribute to documentation for training material of new service offerings and support training rollouts to other departments in process changes</li>
<li>Establish, maintain, and strengthen internal and external relationships with clients and internal stakeholders</li>
<li>Independently maintain and monitor immigration law, ensuring ongoing compliance with regulatory changes, and control internal documentation</li>
<li>Apply immigration knowledge for solution-based responses on complex client cases</li>
</ul>
