Guided by the vision of “smart and sustainable solutions beyond rubber,” the group sector draws on its long-standing knowledge of the industry and materials to open up new business opportunities by combining various materials with electronic components and individual services</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>Main tasks:</p><ul><li>Define project objectives (financial, scheduling, and quality goals)</li><li>Selecting and negotiating project (core) team members in conjunction with the line management</li><li>Establish adequate project organization (meeting structure, information/ knowledge exchange, documentation, archiving) </li><li>Set up an initial project plan in accordance with the valid processes (phases, deliverables, milestones/ Q-Gates, etc.)</li><li>Ensure compliance with valid processes</li><li>Projects set up for achieving development gates by customers' schedules. </li><li>Prepares Project plan for the associated customer projects with related APQP gates. </li><li>Achieves Gates releases on time for assigned projects. </li><li>Has all required documents in APQP / FIDES structure. </li><li>Coordination of project - team(s) globally including customer service and all production plants.</li><li>Track the project progress, and define corrective measures if deviating from the plan</li><li>Control the usage of the released project budget and project resources per approved project plan</li><li>Decide and Report the overall project status by the financial and quality KPIs supported by a valid  tool and process set </li><li>Install and perform professional change management</li><li>Perform opportunity &amp; risk assessment, control and steer the implementation of opportunity &amp; risk measures </li><li>Escalate issues if necessary</li><li>Ensure that all project objectives are met in the required quality</li><li>Representation of project-interests in supplier meetings</li><li>Based on professional, well-documented change management negotiate changes and claims with the customer and with suppliers </li><li>Protect the confidentiality of project data</li><li>Actively manage stakeholder expectations, inform and involve stakeholders regularly and in an appropriate manner</li><li>Assign work packages to the respective project team members</li><li>Help build up a supportive culture of cooperation and teamwork within the project</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p>We are looking for:</p><ul><li>University Degree </li><li>Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Automotive field</li><li>Experience in Global running projects and customer development projects</li><li>Representation of the project in customer (internal/external) meetings </li><li>Representation of project-interests in supplier meetings</li><li>Based on professional, well-documented change management negotiate changes and claims with the customer and with suppliers </li><li>Protect the confidentiality of project data</li><li>Actively manage stakeholder expectations, inform and involve stakeholders regularly and in an appropriate manner</li><li>Assign work packages to the respective project team members</li><li>Help build up a supportive culture of cooperation and teamwork within the project</li><li>People management experience (not necessarily as a direct manager)Contact with intercultural teams</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><strong>What we offer:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>The 13th salary – </strong>Paid once a year, in December;</li><li><strong>Meal tickets -</strong> With a value of 40 Ron;</li><li><strong>Hybrid schedule</strong> – Work-life balance is important, so we offer a flexible schedule.
