Senior Associate IS Business Systems Analyst

What you will do and what we expect of you

Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role you will:  

Duties: Accountable for day-to-day tactical delivery of feature improvements for our data and analytics portfolio; Prepare project status by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; Monitor or track project milestones and deliverables; Identify need for initial or supplemental project resources; Identify, review, or select vendors or consultants to meet project needs; Confer with project personnel to identify and resolve problems; Submit project deliverables, ensuring adherence to quality standards. Engage with internal partners to analyze business needs, elicit and refine requirements, and recommend technical designs and solutions; Coordinate vendors and contractors, and guide as necessary to ensure delivery of commitments; Build expertise in the broad set of data-related technologies, including Data Storage, Cloud Compute Highly Performant Data Warehouses, Data Engineering, Analytics, Orchestration, Request Management, and Reporting / Data Visualization Tools; Contribute towards continuous efficiency improvements and refine a backlog of requirements and user stories; Work closely in a client-facing role with a team of data scientists, data engineers, and analysts to identify business problems and design/deliver solutions; and Handle end-to-end requirements for development work, and management of backlog including tracking dependencies, risks, and decisions. May telecommute. 

Requirements: Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field & completion of a university-level course, research project, internship, thesis, or One year of experience in the following: 1. Utilizing data analysis and visualization tools including MS Excel or Tableau; 2. Identifying key performance indicator metrics, generating customized reports, synthesizing data, establishing testing protocols, or ensuring that key performance indicators are tested; 3. Business requirement gathering, elicitation, analysis, translating business needs into technical requirements, and recommending solutions; 4. Experience with SQL; 5. Analyzing business processes and associated gaps, identifying technology enablers, and preparing process models; and 6. Delivering projects with planning, financial, resource, vendor, and risk management.

Rate of Pay: The annual salary range for this position in the U.S. is $84,489.00 – $104,741.00 per year. Also, this position offers stock, retirement, medical, life and disability insurance and eligibility for an annual bonus or for sales roles, other incentive compensation. For more details visit
