<h3>Job Title</h3>Senior Change Management Engineer<p></p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>Shape the future of medical technology through expert engineering change leadership.</p><p></p><p><b>Your role: </b></p><ul><li><p>• As a Senior Change Management Engineer, you will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the performance and compliance of our advanced medical systems.</p></li><li><p>• You’ll translate complex technical requirements into practical design solutions, lead rigorous validation efforts, and drive continuous improvement throughout the product lifecycle.</p></li><li><p>Working under limited supervision, you will mentor junior engineers, liaise with external suppliers, and contribute to strategic decision-making within the broader engineering and product development community.</p></li><li><p>You will be part of the Engineering Change team within the Image Guided Therapy (IGT) business, collaborating closely with R&D, Operations, Procurement, Quality, and Regulatory Affairs to ensure changes are implemented with minimal risk and maximum impact.</p></li><li><p>This role offers opportunities to grow as a technical leader, shape the reliability and safety of life-saving products, and have a direct influence on innovation and quality in a dynamic and highly regulated environment.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>You're the right fit if:</b></p><ul><li><p>You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, or a related field.</p></li><li><p>You have at least 2 years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree in System Architecture, System Design, or Hardware Engineering (or equivalent). No experience is required with a Master’s degree.</p></li><li><p>You bring deep knowledge of product development lifecycle management, validation testing, and regulatory requirements for medical devices.</p></li><li><p>You possess strong skills in technical documentation, troubleshooting, quality specifications, and continuous improvement methodologies.</p></li><li><p>You demonstrate excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts clearly to senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.</p></li><li><p>You are a proactive problem solver who thrives in a collaborative environment and can mentor and guide other engineers in best practices</p></li></ul><p><br/><b>How we work together</b><br/>We believe that we are better together than apart.
