Senior UX Designer

All talents applying to join our community are considered without regard to their background.   </p> <p> </p> <p>WHAT WILL YOU DO? </p> <ul> <li>Work hand-in-hand with the product teams who are responsible of the digital customer facing touchpoints. </li> <li>Work in vision, concept and detailed design phases of the digital service development. Participate the continuous development of the services.</li> <li>Ensure that the digital customer facing touchpoints are high-quality and efficient &amp; effective to use. </li> <li>Collaborate closely with the product managers, product owners, architects, developers and the customer experience program. </li> <li>Collaborate closely with the design system team and the other designers and Brand team.</li> <li>Drive the foundation and establishment of a design system for customer facing digital touchpoints. </li> <li>Advocate and implement user-centered design principles to enhance usability, accessibility, and overall user satisfaction.</li> <li>Participate in the development of UX design processes, methodologies, and best practices tailored to the unique requirements of our evolving environment.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>If you want to work for a company that has a truly positive impact on our planet, you have come to the right place! </p> <p> </p> <p>WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU? </p> <ul> <li>Proven experience as a UX designer. </li> <li>Experience working with customer facing touchpoints (e.g. company websites, online stores, online services, …). </li> <li>Strong portfolio showcasing successful design projects and the ability to articulate design decisions.</li> <li>Experience in developing and implementing design systems in dynamic environments.</li> <li>Familiarity with emerging UX trends, technologies, and design tools.</li> <li>Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Having a good understanding of visual design principles, including layout, color, typography, and iconography, along with the capacity to integrate aesthetic sensibility into design solutions is beneficial.</p> <p> </p> <p>Leading performance, not location.
