The ideal candidate is also an AI enthusiast, capable of leveraging AI to accelerate and enhance development.<p></p><p></p> <p></p><p></p>Your mission at RBI:<p></p> * Utilize AI technologies to speed up feature development; create prototypes and proposals for solution migrations<p></p> * Develop, improve, and maintain backend systems using Go and Java within a Kubernetes environment<p></p> * Design APIs, event-driven architectures, and event schemas<p></p> * Work with event streaming and event sourcing (Apache Pulsar)<p></p> * Implement microservices and Functions as a Service (FaaS)<p></p> * Automate integration, testing, and deployment processes using declarative GitOps (ArgoCD)<p></p> * Collaborate in requirements analysis; support Product Owners by clarifying system capabilities and constraints<p></p> * Operate within an international agile team alongside business analysts, frontend developers, testers, and DevOps<p></p><p></p> <p></p><p></p>Your core competencies:<p></p> * Several years of experience in software development<p></p> * Adaptability and strong interest to integrate AI with various projects<p></p> * Ability to present prototypes or concepts to senior management <p></p> * Pro-active, creative attitude and team orientation<p></p> * Excellent communication skill<p></p> * Structured working approach and problem solving skills<p></p> * Very good command of English (mandatory), German is a plus<p></p><p></p> <p></p><p></p>What?s in it for you:<p></p> * Global community: 75+ nationalities, English as the company language, and work permit support. <p></p> * Career growth: We believe in continuous learning and proactive career development.
