Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of strategies for seamless integration of Material Control Laboratory (MCL) processes within the quality management framework.
• Utilize strong project management skills to coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment of MCL procedures with overall quality standards.
• Conduct comprehensive analyses of MCL data and processes, identifying and implementing improvements and optimizations.
• Design and oversee the execution of integration plans, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and quality assurance standards.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of integrated MCL processes, implementing corrective actions as necessary. Provide leadership, training, and support to MCL staff for understanding and adherence to quality integration protocols.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish key performance indicators and metrics for MCL quality integration. Stay informed about industry trends and advancements to enhance MCL integration methodologies.

Basic Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Chemistry, Quality Management) or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience.
• Extensive experience in quality management with a focus on laboratory integration processes.
• Strong project management skills and experience leading cross-functional teams.
• In-depth knowledge of material control laboratory procedures and industry quality standards.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

• Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home).

The salary range for this role is 118,000 USD - 246,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
