JHU Organizational Change Management (OCM) Business Systems Analyst (3 Levels)

The Business Systems Analyst role encompasses four distinct levels of expertise within the Johns Hopkins University: Business Systems Analyst I, Business Systems Analyst II, Senior Business Systems Analyst, and Program Director. Each level plays a critical role in Sightline’s success in implementing and optimizing our new ERP system. Successful candidates will be assigned to a specific level based on a combination of their interest and the amount of related experience and education. Note: the director-level positions within the OCM team have already been filled. For this reason, we are currently recruiting for the first three levels only.

 

General Position Summary:

The Organizational Change Management (OCM) team at Johns Hopkins University (JHU) is seeking dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analysts to join our dedicated team. This role will work side by side with members across JHU, providing a unique opportunity to gain exposure and expertise across three critical workstreams: Communications, Training, and Readiness & Engagement. In addition to OCM-focused topics, this role will offer a better understanding of how many support functions operate within the Hopkins ecosystem. While prior experience in Change Management or ERP implementation is preferred, it is not required. Ideal candidates will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with data analysis and reporting, knowledge of change management principles, and familiarity with ERP systems and business process improvement are highly desirable.
