The Job:

As a Program Manager, you’ll be part of our Tools and Outdoor Finance Analytics team. You’ll get to: 

• Attract, develop, and retain skilled, competent, motivated, creative people to provide next-level analytics services, enabling teammates to make fact-based decisions
• Act as the liaison between stakeholders and technical delivery team on multiple projects to support best in class finance analytics
• Collaborate with stakeholders and supporting project team to understand business needs and prioritize projects to maximize short and long-term impact of new financial analytics tools
• Define and communicate clear and concise project goals that align to business needs
• Manage timeline of projects while also identifying and communicating risks
• Identify and help implement data process improvements, such as:
  • Automating manual processes
  • Re-designing data infrastructure for greater scalability
  • Optimizing data delivery
  • Recommendation of simple solutions
• Deliver high-quality analytics services by collecting, mining, analyzing, and visualizing data effectively to generate insights
• Collaborate with the IT Leadership to develop and execute a long-term strategy for the company’s overall data and application strategic planning, ensuring that the company’s diverse technological needs are anticipated and met in a deliberate manner.
• Work, approach, and promote analytics across the organization, with data analytics and commercial experts, to leverage greater functionality from our data systems.

The Person:

• 5+ years' experience in data analytics & reporting or related field
• Knowledge of Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Commercial metric development
• BI tools & visualization (PowerBI, Tableau, SAP BI or similar)
• Experience managing multiple projects with tools such as Jira
• Well-developed communication skills, comfortable presenting complex topics to stakeholders at various levels of the organization
