<h3>Requirements</h3>
<ul><li>At least 3 years of experience as a technical product manager </li><li>Direct product management experience in <strong>one</strong> of the following areas: identity & access management, billing, internal tools, developer tools, security, privacy, process automation, workflows, infrastructure</li><li>Direct product management experience leading integration initiatives with third-party vendors</li><li>English level: B2+ or higher, preferably C1</li><li>Proficiency in Russian</li><li>Experience working as a part of a product team, driving collaboration and execution of the whole team</li><li>Structured approach to problem-solving – we focus on solving problems without introducing new ones instead</li><li>Experience making decisions based on data analysis and user research (incl. internal users) </li><li>Basic understanding of system design</li><li>Ability to review third-party API documentation and describe how it works</li></ul><p>We realise that you may not fit all the requirements, yet be a perfect fit for us. <h3>Responsibilities</h3>
<p>In this role, you will</p><ul><li>Work as a part of a product team focused on resolving patient requests to our support team with AI</li><li>Implement automatic workflows that AI can use to resolve a patient request without human involvement</li><li>Centralise all communications in one internal system </li><li>Iteratively improve the intent classification model of patient requests</li><li>Scale from serving patient requests across multiple channels, starting from SMS</li><li>Collaborate extensively with Medical Operations, Support and other internal items to understand key opportunities at eliminating manual business processes through automation </li><li>Build product strategy and roadmap for the direction in collaboration with the team and other stakeholders</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p><ul><li>Insurance after the probationary term.</li><li>Sports compensation.</li><li>Remote work on a B2B basis</li><li>19 working days of vacation per year.</li><li>3 additional wellness days per year.</li><li>Paid sick leave for the first 5 working days.</li><li>Gifts to employees for important events.</li><li>Career Development.</li><li>Personalized English lessons.</li></ul>
