Senior Relationship Manager (UK Clients)

For our Private Clients Division covering the United Kingdom, we are looking for a highly motivated and engaged Senior Relationship Manager.<br><br>What would your role be?<br>Develop your own client network of HNWI / UHNWI clients in the United Kingdom.<br>Act as a trusted advisor to clients and prospects by providing recommendations that encompass multiple products and services.<br>Developin-depth understanding of client’s needs, preferences and overall wealth and be responsive to the changes in the business environment or clients’ needs.<br>Effectively manage a book of clients and act as a relationship lead accountable for the clients’ experience.<br>Leverage specialists, serviceofficersand other expert resources to ensure the integrated delivery of investment fiduciary, credit, and banking solutions.<br>Build relationships with internal and external sales referral partners andidentifynew business development opportunities.<br>Managing sophisticated clients with complex domestic and international wealth structures.<br><br><br>What are we looking for? <br>An established book of clients with the willingness and ability to commit to a business case related to client acquisition is a must.<br>Demonstrated ownership of a significant portfolio of UK-based HNWI/UHNWI clients with responsibility for client acquisition, retention and long-term relationship development.<br>Minimum 12–15 years of progressive experience within Private Banking or Wealth Management, including a demonstrable track record of advising High Net Worth and Ultra High Net Worth individuals<br>Extensive knowledge of the UK Private Banking and Wealth Management market, including the needs of entrepreneurs, business owners, senior executives and internationally connected families.<br>Previous experience in a similar position within the banking industry with a track record of developing a book of clients. <br>Being able to build strong relationships and attract new clients for the United Kingdom market. <br>A client-focused individual with exceptional interpersonal skills and a established professional network within the UK wealth management ecosystem and the ability to leverage it for sustainable business development <br>Proven ability to deliver holistic wealth management solutions across discretionary investments, advisory mandates, structured lending, wealth planning and succession planning through collaboration with internal specialists.<br>Executive presence with the confidence and credibility to advise highly sophisticated private clients and represent the bank externally.<br>A team player who can work under pressure, who is highly motivated and possesses an entrepreneurial spirit. <br>Fluency in English and effective communication skills.<br>Affinity for Artificial Intelligence (AI) and a willingness to embrace AI-enabled tools and ways of working. <br><br>What do we offer?&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Top Zurich location with collaboration spaces and free lunch.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Friendly, diverse team in an international environment.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Agile environment in how we think, the way we work and our trust for each other.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Flat hierarchy with collaboration on all levels.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Collaborative spirit with opportunities to learn and thrive.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br><br>Why Vontobel?&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>At Vontobel, you are building better futures for our clients and society, as well as for yourself.
