Job Description
Vuori is looking for an International Franchise Coordinator to help support the overall management and development of our newly established International Franchise partnerships. In coordination with the International Wholesale Senior Manager, this individual will play a significant role in setting the foundation to support scalable growth in the specified markets, while ensuring and maintaining proper representation for the brand. This individual will provide assistance with regards to sales, product, operations and marketing, acting as the key liaison between our partners and relevant cross functional teams. The role requires a smart, enthusiastic, outgoing, and detail-oriented team player who takes ownership over projects and ensures successful delivery, and feels comfortable in an international and dynamic fast growing organization.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Develop strong relationships with new and existing Franchise partners, delivering commercial and operational support to drive the business and ensure success for both the brand and Franchise partner
- Oversee Franchise partner buy process from start to finish to ensure they are buying the correct product for their region and meeting or exceeding their spend commitments
- Track the weekly and monthly sales for all partners, conduct analysis and prepare reports for the business
- Check and correct all customer purchase orders prior to submission to Sales Ops for order entry
- Work with the Vuori Logistics and Sales Ops teams to ensure a high level of support to all franchise partners in regard to shipments, re-orders, returns, etc
- Provide regional and account level product feedback and market demands and ensure strategic alignment with relevant cross functional teams
- Ensure franchise partners work closely with Vuori Marketing and Visual Merchandising teams to guarantee all marketing activities and VM execution are within brand guidelines and visual standards are being met
- Help organize/present seasonal collections to partners in a confident and professional manner
- Provide commercial calendar input as relates to Franchise partner planning, sample coordination, and execution of line reviews
- Coordinate and lead bi-weekly cross functional calls between the partner and relevant internal teams
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- BA from an accredited university and 3-5 years of experience working in wholesale or franchise, preferably in international environments and/or at a global apparel or accessories company
- Experience supporting strategic account business in apparel space, or similar industry
- Proficient in all Microsoft office applications with higher-level experience in Excel
- Proficient in pulling necessary data from different ERPs/analytical environments
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners based overseas
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and handle competing priorities
- Ability to move cross-functionally and assist in areas not necessarily outlined in job description
- Careful attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to travel
- Excellent team player
- International experience a plus

Pay from: $65,000 - $75,000
