What We Are Looking For
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Human Resources Generalist who is responsible for partnering with the Human Resources team on ensuring effective business support throughout our U.S. locations. The Human Resources Generalist will handle various components of the Human Resources function, including but not limited to recruiting, onboarding/orientation, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and benefits administration.
This is a full-time, hybrid position that requires up to 20% travel.
What You Will Be Doing
Plans and executes effective recruitment efforts to attract top talent for non-exempt/exempt positions both internally and externally, including but not limited to uploading/managing job posts, sourcing strategies, screening applicants, candidate selection for interviewing, background checks, and offer procedures.
Facilitate and manage the onboarding/orientation for new hires.
Partner in promoting a positive, respectful company culture that inspires employee engagement and excellence.
Plans, manages, and tracks employee recognition and incentive programs.
Conducts stay & exit interviews and develops recommendations based on data analysis.
Assist in ensuring employee personnel files are up-to-date and in compliance with applicable policies as well as local, state, and federal laws.
Reviews and analyzes people analytics to understand business health and provide recommendations to Senior Human Resources Manager.
Analyze and formulate reports leveraging data metrics to present recommendations to the Senior Human Resources Manager.
Partners with Senior Human Resources Manager on benefits distribution, administration, and initiatives.
Performs and documents comprehensive intakes and/or investigations into employee related concerns and grievances.
Ensures policies and procedures are followed and up to date in accordance with applicable, local, state, and federal law and regulation.
Partner in identifying training & development opportunities, organize professional development initiatives, and facilitate session(s) as appropriate.
Assists in managing unemployment claims and separation documents.
Other projects as assigned.
What You Bring to the Table
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent discipline.
2+ years of Human Resources experience in a fast-paced environment.
HR certification, such as SHRM-CP, SCP, PHR, SPHR, is a plus.
Exceptional interpersonal and people skills.
Superb verbal and written communication.
Proficiency in HR software, including Workday and ADP.
Strong understanding of HR practices.
Well-versed knowledge in local, state, and federal law and regulation.
