QUALIFICATIONS

Must-Have

• High School Diploma or GED.

• 6+ years (+ certifications).

• Demonstrated ability to perform various functions of a highly repetitive nature while maintaining concentration on tasks.

• Proven capability to understand and follow written procedures.

• Ability to work independently or in groups effectively.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Excellent problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.

Nice-to-Have

• A bachelor's degree.

• Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or a related field.

• Strong technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Routine weekend, Holiday, and overtime work.

• Position is considered Flexible, and colleagues are expected to comply with Log In For Your Day (LIFYD) requirements at site location (e.g. about 2.5 days a week in office).
