The AES business is scaling fast, and there is a desire to align ADI efforts across all BUs on projects driving sustainability business growth.  This will require a shift in the way we think, set strategy, and behave. To do this, we must instill a strategic mindset in every decision to capture and maximize value for ADI.

It is imperative that we have individuals who are directly accountable for bringing this vision and mindset to life. As with any strategy, we must have a structure to reinforce the strategy and the people to support it. To that end, we have created the Mobility & Grid SAB Sr. Manager, Project Management role.

Role & Responsibility

• Program Manage the ADI “Sustainability as a Business” mobility and grid initiative to grow beyond $4B SAM
• KPIs with visibility to senior leadership across the company include:
  • Revenue and pipeline
  • Product Lifecycle assessments
  • Scope 3 and 4 Carbon impact model
• Drive interconnects between ATEC team and AES BU on SAB roadmap, articulating timing and impact to our strategic plans
• Partner with BU GMs across the company specific to Mobility and Grid to identify and engage industry technology leaders through Coalition building
• Identify areas where we can innovate product offerings that profitably impact sustainability
• Translate current partner engagement into ADI’s impact to global environmental initiatives
• Define and execute SAB ESF that roll up to ADI’s strategy to develop enabling technologies for the health of the planet
• Contribute and support the M&G Sustainability as a business portion of the ADI ESG reporting 

Requirements

• Strong Background in Strategic Marketing in Automotive and/or Energy Sector developing business cases, new business models for Silicon and Software System solutions
• Collaborate across ADI including Strategy ESG, & GOT team
• Evidence of ability to Influence across Organization, with clear enterprise leadership mindset
• Ability to articulate value of continued and growing investment in SAB for AES leadership
• Ability to Map Ecosystems, develop internal and external partnerships
• Ability to identify regulatory and environmental trends and their impact on ADI, as well as ADI Impact on them
• Ability to identify value capture opportunity in addressing Climate challenges
• Proven Track record in 3rd Party Technology and Business Collaboration. Identification and participation in Consortiums and Alliances
• Strong Collaboration and Communication Skills
• Knowledge and Network across ADI Business Groups, and across ecosystems ADI operates. Strong Customer Centricity
