Job Description

Leads cross-functional forums that deliver customer-centric, multi-channel marketing strategies to maximize customer growth, retention and engagement. Identifies and communicates key performance indicators tied to process optimization and improved speed-to-market. Leans into agile methodology to effectively manage marketing programs that support product goals. Adapts ways of working and processes to address prioritization, resource and operational challenges. Drives adoption of the project management tool, Workfront, across the team to effectively manage and progress marketing projects. Ensures agile operating model supports alternative marketing channels such as tradeshows and other banker initiatives. Includes the necessary internal partners in appropriate forums to ensure that marketing programs are in accordance with all laws, regulations and bank policies. 


Preferred Skills/Experience 

  • Advanced knowledge of assigned geographical area, competitive market, banking operations, and U.S. Bancorp's products and services 

  •  Demonstrated experience serving as a liaison between cross-functional partners to bring campaigns to market 

  • Strong project management experience, including the ability to lead recurring team meetings, planning discussions, project reviews and follow-up conversations that keep work moving forward 

  • Proven ability to manage intake, prioritization and backlog maintenance processes to ensure work is assigned and advanced effectively 

  • Ability to develop and maintain planning materials, calendars, milestone communications and feedback loops that support continuous improvement 

  • Experience using Workfront or a similar work management tool to support workflow implementation, adoption and process improvements

  • Strong organizational, interpersonal and team building skills 

  • Excell
