Job Description
HII Mission Technologies Division is seeking a Ground Maneuver Lead in support of a large Operations and Maintenance Contract within Mission Technologies.
Positions will be based at global Army training sites around the world. Positions are contingent upon contract award.
Essential Job Responsibilities
• Responsibilities entail coordination and management of LVC integration for realistic scenario simulations, providing translation and feedback mechanisms for RTU tactical decision-making to foster the evolution of operational capabilities.
• Expertise in the deployment of training support devices such as SUAS, c-IED, and IED-Defeat is essential to replicate combat scenarios accurately.
• The role demands the provision of SME guidance required for the high-fidelity replication of SOF and higher command echelons during exercises.
• Additionally, the Ground Maneuver Lead will be responsible for the development and delivery of comprehensive AARs and THPs, ensuring RTUs have actionable insights to enhance future performance.
• Includes comprehensive management of range operations–planning, coordination, target configuration, and logistical oversight of DRTS capabilities, along with strict adherence to PROCOB and SMR, to ensure safety and efficiency in all training operations.
Minimum Qualifications
15 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 13 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 10 years relevant experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 19 years relevant experience.
