Job Description

HII Mission Technologies Division is seeking a Training Specialist in support of a large Operations and Maintenance Contract within Mission Technologies.
Positions will be based at global Army training site, Orlando FL. Positions are  contingent upon contract award.

Essential Job Responsibilities

•    Provides training administration to support training course development, training execution, student records, training certifications and other administrative requirements. 
•    Help analyze training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing material and documentation. 
•    Assists in development of LTP POIs, as needed. Provides train-the-trainer training on TADSS installation and removal. 
•    Conducts training in preparation for training exercises and the CTC Leader Training Program.
•    Facilitates new equipment training and provides training orientation for all MC systems/simulators during MC training exercises.
 

Minimum Qualifications

• 0 years experience with Bachelors in related field or a High School Diploma or equivalent and 4 years relevant experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a secret clearance.

Physical Requirements

May require working in an industrial or shipboard environment. Capable of climbing ladders, standing for extended periods, and tolerating confined spaces and extreme temperature variances.
