YOUR ROLE

 

Are you interested in overseeing product governance and playing a pivotal role in structuring and ensuring the success of our B2B products? Would you like to co-mead the product strategy alongside business stakeholders and ensure its alignment with the company’s objectives, all while delivering an optimal user experience?

 

If so, we have the opportunity to work as our Senior Product Manager at CEVA Logistics.

 

This role is open in Puteaux, Paris.

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
 

• You define and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. These products are targeted at both our clients/suppliers and internal users.
• You ensure clear and regular communication regarding project progress.
• You supervise, support, and help grow the product team.
• You facilitate collaboration between internal teams and external providers.
• You implement user-centric processes (user feedback collection and analysis, co-creation of solutions).
• You ensure the effective use of product KPIs to evaluate performance and guide strategic decisions.
• You guarantee that product initiatives align with the company’s overall vision.
• You adopt an agile approach to adapt to a constantly evolving environment.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

• You have proven experience in managing B2B products.
• You have strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
• You have proficiency in agile methods and product tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
• You have a solid understanding of UX/UI practices and user-centered design.
• You are rigorous and capable of structuring effective processes in a complex environment.
• You have the ability to navigate a changing context.
• Fluency in English and French is mandatory.
• You have strong communication skills both oral and written.
