As a Senior Collection Analyst, you will play a key role in managing collections for Turkey, ensuring timely resolution of disputes, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. What You’ll Do

• Review AR ageing reports and execute collection & dunning activities.
• Manage disputes and claims, ensuring timely resolution.
• Escalate and follow up on overdue accounts as per defined processes.
• Reconcile Opella and customer balances accurately.
• Support month-end closing and invoicing processes.
• Contribute to collection strategy reviews and improvement projects.
• Ensure compliance with global policies, KPIs, and the Core Model.

What We’re Looking For

• Graduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1–2+ years’ experience in collections, ideally in an international setting.
• Fluent in English and Turkish (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with accounting systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and drive results.
