Job Description:

 

This VP of Global HR Technology, Payroll and Workforce Analytics will directly report to the Chief Human Resources Officer and will be responsible for ensuring excellence in delivery of HR Technology enabled processes, Payroll services to a global employee workforce, and creating workforce analytics strategies, as well as strategic visioning and partnering with the CEO and executive team.  The VP will focus both on the in-depth, technical priorities, business requirements, solutions primarily supported by Workday, as well as three regional Payroll operations teams with various regional or country-specific Payroll providers. This lead will develop a Workforce Analytics team to advance data-driven solutions to support a fast-paced, patient-focused business culture.

How you will make an impact:

  • Serve as an active member of the HR Leadership team, leading in the design, develop, and implementation of HR technology, payroll and workforce analytics strategic vision  , plans, and objectives for the organization in alignment with corporate strategy.

  • Develop analytics strategy for advancing data insights from HR, engagement findings, and business outcomes while anticipating future needs and architecting analytics solutions (e.g., tools, models, systems)

  • Provide leadership and expertise on organizational change management strategies and approaches.

  • Ensure that HR projects are executed to enable the organization to leverage its resources in support of the corporate strategy.

  • Lead in the development and execution of the HR Technology strategy and road map, including complex enterprise-wide projects and program activities with accountability for successful completion of all project deliverables.

  • Attract, Retain and Develop a world-class team across HR Technology, Payroll and Analytics where leadership excellence is front of mind

  • Identify and evaluate enterprise-level HR process improvements and/or course correction or alignment opportunities including evaluations of new systems and/or procedures to execute on the strategy.

What you will need (required):

  • Bachelor's Degree with minimum of 17 years of related experience

  • Working in a global HR team, specifically HR Technology, Global Payroll Operations, Workforce Analytics and Organization Change Management, Transformational Programs, implementation of large scale complex strategies, systems, and broad consulting experience OR Master's Degree or equivalent in related field with minimum of 15 years of experience. Preferred experience includes Workday HR applications across enterprise.
