Part Time Building Maintenance - 1st Shift- Storm Lake Turkey

Job Details:

Position Title: Maintenance Building Technician – Part-Time

Tasks: This position is responsible for maintaining grounds area which will include: painting facility/equipment/piping/etc., mowing, trimming, cleanup/pick up trash, pulling weeds and miscellaneous grounds keeping duties.  This position is responsible for Fire Watch and monitoring. Applicant must be organized, able to work independently, complete reports as required for fire watch, be able to bend, climb, twist, and lift 50lbs frequently.

Requirements: Must be able to work assigned shifts and rotating weekends. Candidate must be willing to submit to a post offer drug screen and Health Assessment.
