About the role

Client Solution Architects (CSA) is currently seeking a Contract Special Security Representative (CSSR) out of our Schofield Barracks, Hawaii location.  For nearly 50 years, CSA has delivered integrated technology and operational support services to meet the defense and federal sector's most complex enterprise needs. Working from operations centers and shipyards to training sites and program offices, CSA deploys experienced teams, innovative tools and proven processes to advance federal missions.  

How Role will make an impact:

  • The Contract Special Security Representative (CSSR) conducts on-site day-to- day management and implementation of SCI Security and administrative management for a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility(SCIF).
  • Advises and assists the JMSC-IP Director with SCI program management, planning, and assists with intelligence training integration. Coordinates with parent Special Security Offices as required.
  • The CSSR works under the supervision of the Security Manager. 

What you’ll need to have to join our award-winning team:

  • Bachelor’s degree in management, business administration, or related discipline. 
  • 4 years’ experience working in an intelligence agency, DoD component SCIF, or Special Access Program (SAP) facility.
  • Working knowledge of security policies and procedures to include National Industrial Security Program Supplement, and DoD 5105.21 volumes 1-3.
  • Minimum of 3 years of special security experience with DoD or equivalent Government agencies with operational level experience preferred. 
  • Clearance: Must possess and maintain an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
