The Recruiting Interview Scheduling Coordinator will report to the AVP, of Talent Acquisition Operations and is responsible for delivering a seamless candidate experience by supporting recruiters with interview scheduling, communication, and logistics. This will be achieved through organization and prioritization of tasks, acting as a brand ambassador for the company, and working closely with the Talent Acquisition team. This role will be supporting our core corporate recruiting functions. Key Responsibilities
Manage high-volume interview scheduling (onsite, virtual, panel, executive) across multiple time zones with accuracy, speed, and attention to detail
Escalate issues and identify opportunities to improve the efficiency of TA operational processes
Communicate professionally and promptly with candidates to confirm interview details and provide necessary information.
Manage interview logistics including calendar invites, video conferencing links, and on-site arrangements when applicable.
Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to anticipate scheduling needs and resolve conflicts.
Utilize our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Workday on a daily basis for data capture, candidate scheduling, new requisition request etc.
Conduct regular audits of our systems to ensure compliance and optimal usage.
Assist the TA leaders with various projects, including data analysis and process improvements

Requirements
2+ years of experience with high-volume interview scheduling.
Experience with an ATS, preferably Workday, and proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a focus on managing data.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Additional responsibilities or duties may be assigned as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
BA/BS degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
Advanced knowledge of scheduling and recordkeeping practices.
Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
Experience supporting high-volume recruiting teams.
Familiarity with employment law as it relates to recruitment and hiring.
Comfort working in a hybrid environment.
Familiarity with social media platforms, especially LinkedIn and Indeed.
Pay Range:
