SUMMARY:

The Senior Associate Advisor provides ongoing service and advice to local Riverwood clients.

This is a Full-Time, Exempt position in our Riverwoods office. The salary range for this position is between$70,000 and $80,000 based on the candidate's experience.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist local Riverwood Financial Advisor with the management of client relationships.
  • Review financial plans with clients on annual basis to enable Allworth to fulfill its fiduciary mission in planning and investment management.
  • Communicate updates from Investment Management Team to clients as needed, answer questions regarding allocation, methodology, etcetera.
  • Assists and presents in Financial Advisor client appointments.
  • Creates, updates, and implements financial plans for his/her clients.
  • Mentors and assists with training of Associate Advisors as needed.
  • Performs various tasks and research relating to casework for local Riverwood clients.
  • Assists with future and existing client communication.
  • Attends company events, including workshops and seminars.
  • Takes appropriate steps to obtain the CFP® designation if applicable.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • BS/BA in Business Finance, Economics, or related field
  • In pursuit or have obtained CFP® designation
  • Self-starter, with the ability to work independently
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and relationship-building skills
  • Demonstrates ability to learn related financial and office programs and systems
