• Responsible for premium bordereaux management, liaising with Finance and Ceded Reinsurance
• Assist in general network transaction follow-ups, including tracking & reporting
• Support Head of Network Governance with partner monitoring, measuring adherence to key performance indicators and service level agreements
• Oversight for data integrity of Global Online portal, specifically where automated connections are not in place
• Primary resource handling and signing facultative reinsurance slips
• Participate in recurring Network Partner stewardship meetings, both in person and virtually
• Assist in the management of the Multinational country guide, in collaboration with the Head of Multinational and Network team

Qualifications:
 

• 2+ years prior Insurance industry experience including carrier or broker preferred; multinational a plus
• Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas to influence and grow partnerships
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Demonstration of solid time, organizational, and desk management skills
• Goal-oriented and delivers outcomes

Compensation

The listed annualized base pay range is primarily based on analysis of similar positions in the external market. Actual base pay could vary and may be above or below the listed range based on factors including but not limited to performance, proficiency and demonstration of competencies required for the role. The base pay is just one component of The Hartford’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term or annual bonuses, long-term incentives, and on-the-spot recognition. The annualized base pay range for this role is:

$45,280 - $67,920
