Immerse yourself in a full-time, Monday-Friday co-op session that will run from June-December 2025 (this includes the Fall semester; it is expected that students will take a semester off from coursework to fully engage with this working mentorship opportunity).

What You Will Do:

• You will design, develop, document, test, and/or debug low-level software utilizing SoC peripherals to perform data exchange with discrete hardware.
• You will design, develop, document, test, and/or debug middleware and application software containing logical and mathematical algorithms.
• You will coordinate with other project team members in the planning, design, development, and utilization of display systems to ensure smooth operations on software engineering activities.
• You will ensure compliance with program and product requirements and certification processes.

 

What You Will Lear:

• You will gain exposure to a variety of Avionics display systems and safety-critical software development.
• You will learn about the latest in embedded C++, BSP software design, and graphics APIs such as OpenGL, Vulkan, or A661.
• You will learn about the latest developments in display software technology.
• You will enhance your problem-solving and integration skills working with complex hardware and software systems.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.
