Description
Under the direction of the Associate Vice President, Finance – Youth Development, the Registration Administrative Assistant is a short-term seasonal position responsible for providing administrative support for registration processes in Traction Rec. From 05/01/2026 through 08/31/2026, this role will support summer registration operations through record review, data entry, file organization, and follow-up on registration-related items. The Registration Administrative Assistant will help maintain accurate records, support timely processing, and contribute to an organized and efficient registration experience for staff and familiesKey Responsibilities
Key Functions/Responsibilities:- Provide seasonal administrative support for registration processes in Traction Rec.
- Review registration records and related information for accuracy and completeness.
- Assist with data entry, record updates, and validation tasks in Traction Rec.
- Organize and maintain registration files, spreadsheets, and tracking tools.
- Identify missing or inconsistent registration information and elevate it to appropriate staff for follow-up.
- Support timely completion of registration-related tasks assigned by the business office
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Education and Experience:- Previous administrative, registration, or general office support experience preferred.
- Experience with data entry or database systems preferred.
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
