This is a critical role within our Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) team and will support global growth projects, geo-diversification efforts and new program wins. In this role you will focus on sourcing and recruiting the best engineering talent across Europe and other global regions.</p><p></p><p><b><span>This position is onsite, based in our </span></b><span><b>Neu-Isenburg</b><b> or </b><b><b>H</b>amburg</b></span><b><span> office</span></b></p><p></p><p><b><b>Position Responsibilities:</b></b></p><ul><li>Research talent markets and build talent sourcing strategies that capture, engage and maintain top, diverse talent pipelines</li><li>Execute against strategic talent acquisition plans to ensure all hiring targets are met on time</li><li>Attend and lead intake sessions for new positions and projects and be accountable for requisition management activities</li><li>Own external sourcing activity for the engineering function; maintain strong talent pipeline health</li><li>Lead all aspects of initial candidate screening process (phone screen, candidate preparation, screening interview, feedback review)</li><li>Deliver exceptional candidate experience</li><li>Create and foster deep business relationships with all stakeholders</li><li>Responsible for high level of data integrity on all activities</li><li>See the value in every person, diversity &amp; inclusion at the heart of what you do!</li><li>Collaborate <span><span>with GTA leadership</span></span> on how to enhance sourcing capability across the enterprise</li></ul><p></p><p><b><b>Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.</b></b></p><p></p><p><b><b>Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):</b></b></p><ul><li>Significant experience in Talent Sourcing or Talent Acquisition within technical or IT markets</li><li>Demonstrable experience of building Boolean search strings and maintaining talent pipelines</li><li>Understands the importance of, embraces and exceeds performance targets</li><li> ‘Always people first’; focus on candidate experience and delivering an outstanding service</li><li>Business relationship building, collaborative approach to building relationships</li><li>Inquisitive with a proactive approach to problem solving, strategic mindset</li><li>Understands the value of data to inform decision making</li><li>Excellent communicator, fluent in both English and Germany</li></ul><p></p><p><b><b>Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):</b></b></p><ul><li>Culturally aware; comfortable working across many geographies</li><li>Uses collaborative relationships to achieve goals</li><li>Eye for detail and commercially aware</li><li>Digital literacy, values technology</li><li>Experience using Workday and Avature would be an advantage but is not essential</li></ul><p></p><p><b><b>Relocation:<span> </span></b></b><span>This position does not offer relocation.
