About the role
<p><b>Accurate Health Auditing & Consulting Single Member S.A.</b>, a member of the IQVIA Group and a leading provider of medical audit, TPA, and consulting services in the healthcare sector, operating in Greece and abroad, is seeking a <b>Senior Clinical Data Coordinator</b> for its Athens offices, in the context of collaboration with Private Hospitals and Insurance Companies.</p><p>This position is part of the <b>Healthcare Audit Programs </b>team.</p><p><b>Position Highlights</b></p><ul><li>Monitor and review daily the KPIs and SLAs agreed upon with Insurance Companies</li><li>Monitor and report on weekly basis the outstanding tasks of the health audit units, with prompt flagging of outliers and risks</li><li>Ensure proper implementation of approved procedures and guidelines by collaborating departments</li><li>Identify and correct errors in administrative data entries within the company’s system</li><li>Participate in the drafting and updating of administrative guidelines, incorporating instructions received from Insurance Companies</li><li>Collaborate with Medical Auditors and administrative staff to optimize data quality and workflow efficiency</li></ul><p><b>Required Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>University or Technological Educational Institute degree</li><li>Excellent knowledge of computer applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Internet usage</li><li>Strong written and oral communication skills, effective time management, and teamwork abilities</li><li>Analytical thinking and attention to detail</li></ul><p><b>Desired Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>Studies in Health Sciences or Healthcare Management</li><li>Good knowledge of English</li><li>Previous experience in the healthcare industry, insurance market, or consulting services</li></ul><p><b>What We Offer</b></p><ul><li>Competitive salary based on qualifications</li><li>Opportunities for professional development</li><li>Indefinite Contract (five-day, eight-hour employment)</li></ul><p></p><p><span>IQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries.
