Facilities Associate I

Description

POSITION   OBJECTIVE: 

Responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of all office, production, and outdoor areas. Responds to requests for custodial work from other employees.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Mops, vacuums, and dusts office areas.
• Cleans and disinfects, empties trash, and refills paper dispensers in rest rooms.
• Maintains the front lobby area by washing windows, watering plants, and cleaning floors.
• Cleans conference rooms and show room to prepare for visitors.
• Cleans, mops, and removes trash from the canteen area and kitchenette.
• Sweeps and removes trash from outdoor yard and picnic areas.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Prior related work experience is preferred.
• Must be able to read and understand instructions and chemical labels (chemicals used for cleaning).
