The mission consists in managing the internal initiative “Enterprise Architect Repository Tooling”.

The scope of the project is to roll-out Sparx EA and Prolaborate as a solution for the operational & architectural repository. In a first phase it consists of in Belgium : replacing an existing repository (as-is : Mega-Hopex). In Germany : introducing a new central repository.

In a second phase it consists of enriching the repository with additional layers.

The mission consists of the following tasks :

Manage the project mgmt. plan :

Manage cost planning, resource planning and scope description

Report on status

Manage risks and interdependencies with other initiatives

Manage team and activity planning

During the first ongoing implementation phase:

Manage technical issues and necessary developments

Execute communication and change mgmt.

Manage the second implementation phase

Manage stakeholders and -expectations

Define a roadmap to increase quality, maturity and content within the repository

Together with a business analyst define requirements and implement within available project budget

Ensure consistent and integrated documentation

Hand-over project to product modus

Convert issue list and needs inventory to backlog

Requirements:

Competences required :

Knowledge of the solutions Sparx Systems Enterprise Architect and Prolaborate

Experience as project manager in rolling out IT Solutions

Good oral and written communication skills

First language : English

Second language : German, French or Dutch
