Accounting Operations Specialist

About the job:

LiveIntent is looking for an Accounting Operations Specialist to join our team. This individual will work cross functionally with internal teams such as Finance & Revenue Operations, Sales and Legal. As an Accounting Operations Specialist, you will help support the accounting, operations, and legal teams with various tasks such as audits, contracts and fee reviews. This role will help ensure compliance, accuracy and efficiency in our financial operations. 

Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial information in order to identify discrepancies
• Conduct routine audits to ensure integrity and alignment of financial data between multiple systems
• Review contracts and input relevant information into appropriate software (i.e., LiveIntent Platform ) to enable the activation or modification of client accounts
• Reconcile external client reporting and report on discrepancies
• Develop thorough understanding of Accounting Operations functions and make recommendations for process improvements
• Support accounts payable and receivable responsibilities
• Compile and prepare ad hoc reports, summaries, and variance analysis
• Maintain confidentiality of all financial information/data

Qualifications:

• Experience in an accounting/finance role or internship 
• Experience in Microsoft Office, Excel
• Excellent research, oral and written communication skills, and proven history of following up in a timely manner
• Proficient multi-tasking, organization and time management skills
• Netsuite experience is a plus
• Ironclad or Linksquares experience a plus
• Analytical mindset with impeccable attention to detail
