Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Accounts Payable (AP) Manager to join our team. This full-time, in-office position is located in Eagle, Idaho. The AP Manager will play a crucial role in managing the accounts payable process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company policies and regulations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire accounts payable process, including invoice processing, payment disbursement, and vendor management.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
  • Maintain and reconcile accounts payable ledger.
  • Develop and implement AP policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve any AP-related issues.
  • Prepare and analyze AP reports for management review.
  • Manage and mentor the AP team, providing guidance and support.

Requirements

 Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in accounts payable management.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and AP processes.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
