We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team supporting the development of our lunar rovers. In this role, you will process invoices and support daily financial operations across multiple departments. You’ll play a key part in keeping our vendor relationships strong and ensuring our payments are accurate and on time. This is a great opportunity for someone with at least one year of AP experience who’s excited to be part of a fast-paced team building the future of planetary exploration. 

What you'll do:

• Process inbound invoices and related correspondence across multiple vendors 
• Match invoices to purchase orders and confirm proper approvals 
• Enter and track invoices and prepayments in our ERP system (NetSuite) 
• Process employee expense reimbursements using Expensify 
• Review purchasing card transactions (BILL / Divvy) for accuracy 
• Respond to vendor inquiries and ensure timely issue resolution 
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve A/P processes and reporting 
• Support monthly close with accurate and organized documentation 

What you'll bring:

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred 
• 1+ year of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience 
• Proficiency with Excel (intermediate level or higher) 
• Experience using major ERP systems; NetSuite strongly preferred 
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills 
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication 
• Willingness to embrace technology and lean into process improvement 
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
