What you will do:
Negotiates and administers all single family residential related contracts which includes interactions with single home-owners, developers and builders.
Negotiates and contracts gas service with residential builders and home owners.
Assesses charges to customers and negotiates what will be implemented.
Coordinates between various departments to respond to customer requests throughout the installation and meter set process.
Interprets plats and blueprints.
Attends and conducts applicable pre-construction and information meetings with residential customers including influential decision makers.

Who you are:
You have the following education and/or experience:
High School Diploma or GED required
Knowledge of basic computer skills, basic math, cost benefit analysis and energy cost comparisons for residential customers
Knowledge of Service Line and Main Extension System
Knowledge of Company tariffs and policies relating to new contracting installations.
Knowledge of basic Right-of-Way procedures (obtaining Right-of-Way, permits from the BLM, State Highway, Forest Service etc.).
Knowledge of internal bidding and bid processing techniques and procedures
Knowledge of mapping, gas line location, and permitting processes.
Knowledge of gas appliance efficiencies, installations and codes.
Skilled in relating interpersonally.
Ability to negotiate with multi-family and commercial developers, architects, engineers, city, county, state and federal agencies.
Ability to see objects at close range.
Ability to interact interpersonally with others, communicate clear instructions, and evaluate results.
Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers orally and in writing.
Requires prolonged use of a keyboard in the operation of a computer.
May require overtime for project completion.
Working Conditions:
Travel Up to 25%; Office Work Environment 76 -100%; Heat Up to 25%; Cold Up to 25%

Balancing, bending and stooping, climbing, crawling, carrying (up to 25 pounds), grasping, kneeling, lifting (objects up to 25 pounds), pulling hand over hand, pushing, reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, sitting, standing, walking, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement.
